Swami Ayyappa โ Hariharaputra, born of Hari (Vishnu) and Hara (Shiva) โ is the Lord of Sabarimala and the embodiment of dharma and self-control. His sacred call "Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa" echoes across hills and homes during the holy Mandala season.
Our temple welcomes Ayyappa devotees observing the disciplined 41-day vratham, offering a place for bhajans, irumudi preparation and the worship of this beloved deity.

The Mandala season (mid-November to late December) is the holiest time for Ayyappa devotees. Our temple conducts daily bhajans, Padi pooja (worship of the eighteen sacred steps) and special poojas throughout these 41 days.

Devotees observe a strict 41-day vratham of celibacy, simple living, vegetarian diet and daily prayer, wearing the sacred mala. Our temple supports devotees through this disciplined spiritual journey toward Sabarimala.

The celebration of Makara Sankranti and the divine Makara Jyothi is observed with great devotion โ special abhishekam, Harivarasanam and the lighting that symbolizes the divine effulgence of Lord Ayyappa.
